Service call on crystal ridge Puyallup Wednesday. Technician Anthony what a perfect employee so helpful. This to me is the reason Puyallup heat has the reputation it deserves. Today, I had a furnace and heat pump installed at my home. I had an amazing experience with Erik, Dan, Tristan and Mark. These individuals were professional, competent, extremely knowledgeable and understanding. Due to a previous negative (4 year) experience with another HVAC company, I was apprehensive to spending money to install another system in my home. They came out within a reasonable time to service our heater. Some recommendations were made but no pressure for added service. Anthony was very personable and knowledgeable. He took extra time to answer our questions. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost - it was reasonable. I've used them before and will use them again.
