Puyallup Heating and AC is a great company. They installed my original HVAC system when my home was built in 2009.The technician (Jason) is very professional and has done annual maintenance inspections to make sue the system continues to run efficiently. Highly recommend.
***Addendum Review April 2026: 17 years after my original HVAC system was installed, it needed to be replaced. Jason came out and assessed what I needed, and recommended the new Carrier variable speed high efficiency heat pump with surge protection and a new air handler with a heat strip and new Honeywell thermostat. The crew from Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning had the entire new system installed in one day. Jason came back on a Saturday afternoon to make a voltage adjustment with the surge protector and the system is performing nicely. Can't say enough about the fantastic customer service and professional expertise from Jason and Puyallup HVAC. Two time customer and highly recommend this company.

Today, I had a furnace and heat pump installed at my home. I had an amazing experience with Erik, Dan, Tristan and Mark. These individuals were professional, competent, extremely knowledgeable and understanding. Due to a previous negative (4 year) experience with another HVAC company, I was apprehensive to spending money to install another system in my home. They came out within a reasonable time to service our heater. Some recommendations were made but no pressure for added service. Anthony was very personable and knowledgeable. He took extra time to answer our questions. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost - it was reasonable. I've used them before and will use them again.
