Jason provided outstanding customer service: came over and provided post installation instruction on the thermostat, the thermostat app, furnace, and heat pump. He provided excellent guidance on the use of air filters. He was absolutely thorough and corrected an initial set up, so I now have the ability to use the automatic feature on thermostat.

Jason Flynn is a highly experienced and knowledgeable Service Technician. I would greatly recommend Jason to all my friends.

I have found working with Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning very enjoyable experience, as they are honest, very professional and very good at communicating with their customers. Nice to be working with a HVAC company that believes in ethics and building long-term working relationships with their customers. Seems like so many other HVAC and other types of companies these days are all in it for how much money they can get out of you today with no focus on maintaining a customer in the future ,so it's gouge ya now and adios. .

The tech and the person he was training were very respectful and did a great job

We recently had them come to do an urgent repair on our unit. I loved the texting system that kept us up to date on the technician's arrival time, including a photo for safety. I don't think I've seen that before, and it was such a nice touch! The work was done quickly, correctly and for a fair price.

Recently had Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning install a new heat pump at my home. I had an old AC unit from the 90’s with a leak in the lines. Throughout the whole process from initial service call, to estimate of systems, to install, everything has been easy, transparent and expedient. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and easy to speak with. Given the age of my old AC system, all the lines had to be replaced. The team of installers (1 who had experience, and 2 new employees still learning) arrived on time, introduced themselves, and got right to work. One additional employee came later in the day to assist. The whole install took approximately 12 hours, and the team worked tirelessly almost the entire time. They cleaned up after themselves, were self sufficient and did a fantastic job. Would 100% recommend this company for anyone looking to have a new system installed.

PH&AC, Jason Flynn and Vincent Williams provided friendly professional service. They were timely, courteous, neat, and provided a complete rundown of our HVAC system. They provided a calming level of comfort to our annual service next year.

I recently had to replace my home heating system after 25 years of service. I contacted 4 companies and received 4 separate bids. I chose Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning because they were the lowest cost, their bid had great value and they were very professional in their response to my questions. The contract process was easy to complete and understand. I was assigned an installation date two days after signing the contract. The two service technicians/installers, Todd and TJ, arrived at the scheduled time. They were very professional and customer friendly answering the few questions I asked. They indicated the installation /work would take about 4 hours, which it did. They cleaned up their work area, removed my old heating system, and walked me through the features of the new one. I would strongly recommend Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning for any of your heating/air conditioning needs.

The team at Puyallup Heating and Air were outstanding. Eric made sure we were taken care of, even stopping by the job. Mark and Troy were a joy to have do the work, professional, considerate, and a pleasure to work with. The went the extra distance, staying a lot later than planned to handle some issues, and did not leave until everything was completed, cleaned up, and we were up and running with our new system. Highly recommend this team!
