A few years ago we had them install a new heating and cooling system along with a new hot water tank. Recently I had them out to provide a service check on our heating and cooling system and once again I was very impressed with the their service. The technician was very thorough. I will be using them again.

These guys were great from Erik in sales to the install team of Todd, Troy and Mark. They were all very knowledgeable and great to work with. Once I decided to go with them, they were installing within a few days. I was referred by one of my neighbors and she was spot on with her recommendation.

Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning is fantastic! You can’t go wrong with them! My old furnace finally quit working and after a simple phone call and talking with there estimator Eric, they scheduled me right in for a replacement. Eric explained everything very well and was easy to talk to. Also, there prices are very very good compared to other companies out there. An excellent team by the names of James and Deven arrived right on time and did a super nice job installing my new furnace. Both of them were very professional and answered all questions I had about maintenance and servicing. They went over the operation of the furnace and how to use the nice new thermostat. I will say I had a most excellent experience with Puyallup Heating and Air conditioning from beginning to end. They have a great team, very professional and best prices around, seriously! I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Woke up to furnace making awful noise. Did a quick check of reviews and found PHAC. Filled out online contact request. Within 10 min I got a call. They booked for next day but with freezing temps I asked if they had a cancellation if they would reschedule me. Within the hr I got a call that they would be out this afternoon.
Anthony arrived and did a great job! He was efficient and explained his process and results.

James and Troy came by to replace our furnace this morning and saved us during the cold spell. Both of them were highly professional and knowledgeable about what we needed. They paid particular attention to detail in all the supporting components and really just did a fantastic job. They also were very cool with our dogs being in the house while they worked! Highly recommend this company, very fast turnaround, friendly and on time and they clearly hire the right people!
Puyallup heating and air conditioning were fabulous our furnace broke and we didn’t have heat during this past cold snap. kyle came out the next day and we were able to put in a brand new furnace the following day Todd and Deven were great and now we have heat. This is the second time I’ve had to call on Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning. Once for a service and again today for repair. Both times they were incredibly quick to respond - scheduled the service quickly and had a repair man sent the same day for my current issue. In addition, both times, they sent their technical rep Anthony Martin. I am beyond impressed with his knowledge, Customer Service, and willingness to answer questions and explain all the details related to his findings. I’m likely going to have to replace my system but I feel much more confident with this company and the tech rep involved. Thank you, Anthony!

Just bought a new house in Port Orchard and called Puyallup Heating & Air-conditioning because their sticker was on the existing HVAC system. Got an appointment to have it serviced within 3 business days and received both a confirmation the day before the appointment and an email confirmation when my technician was on the way. My technician, Anthony M., was great and knew our system from servicing it for the prior owner. Anthony took to the time to explain the system to me (never had a heat pump before), installed our Nest thermostats (surprisingly confusing when a heat pump is involved), serviced our system and showed me how to best maintain my system between servicing. Overall a great experience

We had our first scheduled maintenance service in our A/C and furnace today. Jason and Patrick came out to service it. They sent an email and text with a picture so we would recognize our technicians when they came which was nice. They showed up at the beginning of our service window and worked quickly and efficiently through the service. We got before and after photos and explanations on the service, and they were tidy and pleasant to have in our home. They make it easy. Puyallup heating and air are our families go to for HVAC

My new Carrier heat pump is almost one year old now. It has been great through its first summer and winter. I chose the "high heat" model. Over the winter we hit a low of 13 F. The unit never kicked in electric resistance heat and was able to keep up with the demand. I am very impressed. My electric energy cost has gone down by over 1/3rd saving $700 this year. Nice!
