Donald was the best! We had another company out for a tune up. (First time venturing away from Puyallup Heating, and it was a mistake, we apologize Puyallup Heating, it won’t happen again.) The other company left switches unplugged causing errors on our thermostat, blocked our blower fan so it wouldn’t spin, told us we had a cracked heat exchange that needed an 8k fix. They had a salesman at our door an hour later.
Things felt way off so we reached out to Puyallup Heating. They sent Donald who spent an hour and a half with us going over everything he saw that they messed up in our furnace and it setting it straight. Then inspected the heat exchanger with us there showing us everything he saw and explaining everything in detail.
Donald was awesome, we couldn’t thank him enough for his knowledge and professionalism. We won’t stray from using Puyallup Heating again and will do what ever we can to request Donald anytime we need service! Thank you Donald and Puyallup Heating.

Jason was the service technician who performed the annual maintenance on our Generac generator. He was courteous, professional, and informative. It was easy to schedule the appointment, I received timely reminders, and work was completed in the window of time scheduled.
