I recently had to replace my home heating system after 25 years of service. I contacted 4 companies and received 4 separate bids. I chose Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning because they were the lowest cost, their bid had great value and they were very professional in their response to my questions. The contract process was easy to complete and understand. I was assigned an installation date two days after signing the contract. The two service technicians/installers, Todd and TJ, arrived at the scheduled time. They were very professional and customer friendly answering the few questions I asked. They indicated the installation /work would take about 4 hours, which it did. They cleaned up their work area, removed my old heating system, and walked me through the features of the new one. I would strongly recommend Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning for any of your heating/air conditioning needs.

The team at Puyallup Heating and Air were outstanding. Eric made sure we were taken care of, even stopping by the job. Mark and Troy were a joy to have do the work, professional, considerate, and a pleasure to work with. The went the extra distance, staying a lot later than planned to handle some issues, and did not leave until everything was completed, cleaned up, and we were up and running with our new system. Highly recommend this team!

Puyallup Heating and AC is a great company. They installed my original HVAC system when my home was built in 2009.The technician (Jason) is very professional and has done annual maintenance inspections to make sue the system continues to run efficiently. Highly recommend. ***Addendum Review April 2026: 17 years after my original HVAC system was installed, it needed to be replaced. Jason came out and assessed what I needed, and recommended the new Carrier variable speed high efficiency heat pump with surge protection and a new air handler with a heat strip and new Honeywell thermostat. The crew from Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning had the entire new system installed in one day. Jason came back on a Saturday afternoon to make a voltage adjustment with the surge protector and the system is performing nicely. Can't say enough about the fantastic customer service and professional expertise from Jason and Puyallup HVAC. Two time customer and highly recommend this company.

Service call on crystal ridge Puyallup Wednesday. Technician Anthony what a perfect employee so helpful. This to me is the reason Puyallup heat has the reputation it deserves. Please acknowledge Anthony on what a beautiful employee he is . I’m a neighbor taking care of my elderly neighbor making sure what was going on with furnace, little did I know Anthony was just like me he cares! Thank you so much.
