We built a new home 5 years ago and Puyallup Heating was great to work with on the design of the air and hot water systems. They installed on budget and schedule and the systems have performed great. We have had some service requirements along the way and they have been quick to respond and always strive for the most economical way to resolve problems in a quality fashion. Jason has helped us with a couple of issues and was great at explaining things so I could understand and suggesting the best way to resolve things. Very personable and professional. Highly recommended!

I have been with Puyallup H&A for about 29 years. They are a great company and very dependable and easy to work with. Their costs are very fair. I have had the same technician, Gary, for about 15 years and he is the best. He is dependable and explains everything to me and I trust his him. He is an expert and very nice. It’s always great to see him when he comes out twice a year to service my furnace and air conditioner. Brian is a great salesman. I am getting a new furnace and hot water heater and he gave me a very fair price. He explained all the options to me and he and Gary worked together to make sure I have the best system for my home’s needs. I can’t recommend the company or these two men enough. And Katie, the scheduler, is the best. Thanks. I look forward to many more years with this company.

My furnace stopped working and I was given a good report about Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning. I went online and found a lot of good reviews about the company so I scheduled an appointment. David was prompt and had my furnace up and running in less than 5 minutes. He answered my questions and was out the door in 20 minutes. I appreciated his no nonsense approach. We had Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning come out to do a check up on our York Gas Furnace and Heat Pump that are six years old. We are new homeowners and wanted to be sure the equipment was working properly. Jason came yesterday and he did a wonderful job. He checked the outdoor temperature sensor along with the furnace and heat pump. Everything was in good working order. Then he fully explained the thermostat to us. Showed us how to program it and make any changes we wanted. He was so excited to teach us how to use our thermostat. We truly appreciated his patience and his expertise. He really knew our system. We are customers for sure!!!

Solid company!!
I have been using these guys for over 11 years, in two homes and I have never had an issue with their work, on-time and extremely professional.
I did a large remodel on my first home and they needed to add ducts, heat-pump and furnace. The house was only equipped with cadet-heaters and the job was massive (8 days). At the same time, I was installing a gas-lines and an independent contractor just wrapped it through my basement. These guys took the time put the gas-lines inside the ceiling and floors in order to hide it and never charged me for it.

We had a new air conditioner installed yesterday and were very impressed with the excellent work and effort the crew provided. They arrived early in the morning and left about seven hours later, without a lunch or snack break at all. They worked hard, answered every question I had and cleaned up everything when they left.
A month ago we began our search for the right company to provide excellent service at a competitive price. We found both with Brian and his employees at Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning. We couldn’t be more satisfied and will continue using them for our heating and air needs into the future.
